Conócete a Ti Mismo is a psychology practice led by Alejandro in Rosario, Argentina. The goal was to reposition the practice for a modern audience by creating a cohesive brand identity and a digital-first experience, with Instagram as the primary entry point and communication channel. Sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom or FaceTime, expanding access beyond geography.
THE CHALLENGE
Build trust in a fully digital practice.
Psychology relies on credibility, warmth, and confidentiality. Without a physical office presence, the brand and digital communication needed to convey professionalism, empathy, and legitimacy while remaining approachable. Instagram had to function not just as marketing, but as the front door to the practice.

APPROACH

Create a visual identity that communicates trust and pair it with a frictionless digital pathway from Instagram to session booking.
Discovery
Defined the emotional tone of the practice: calm, reflective, modern, and human. Analyzed how potential clients evaluate therapists online.
Define
Clarified the brand positioning around accessibility, self-knowledge, and digital connection. Established Instagram as the primary touchpoint and content hub.
Design
Developed a new logo, typography system, and visual language that balances professionalism and warmth. Designed Instagram templates for videos and posts featuring Alejandro speaking directly to the audience. Structured a clear pathway from content consumption to private session booking via Zoom or FaceTime.

Three strategic decisions shaped the credibility and usability of the practice.

Minimal, calm identity
Chosen a restrained visual language to convey professionalism and emotional safety.
Reduced decorative expression in exchange for clarity and trust.

Instagram as the primary platform
Instead of building a complex website, focus on high-quality Instagram content as the main acquisition and communication channel.
Less long-form content control in exchange for discoverability and audience proximity.

Video-forward communication
Encouraged Alejandro to appear consistently in short-form videos to humanize the practice and build familiarity.
Requires ongoing content-creation discipline but significantly strengthens trust and connection.
REFLECTION
Digital psychology requires emotional clarity.
This project reinforced the idea that, in service design, perception drives adoption. For a remote psychology practice, brand clarity and visual consistency are not aesthetic choices; they are trust-building mechanisms. By combining a cohesive identity with direct video communication, the experience lowers barriers and makes seeking support feel more accessible.
When therapy moves online,
trust must move into the brand.
